Download issues (we will help you fix them, but refund will not be issued)
For physical products (books, toys, merchandise):
✔ Returns are accepted only if the received product is damaged or defective.
✔ You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
✔ You must provide a clear photo or video proof of the damage.
If approved:
You may receive a replacement of the same product
OR a store credit usable on future purchases
(No cash refunds are provided)
Products are not eligible for return or replacement if:
Packaging is opened or damaged by customer

Wrong item ordered by the customer
Customer changes their mind after receiving the order
